Hi Team,

I have created two users: one for Marketing Manager and 2nd one for Marketing Expertise. I have assign required roles for these Users. But the Issue is, While Log in to Front end UI (Fiori), it was giving an error message "Failure - Unable to load groups", Once I click on "Ok". I am seeing only blank screen of Fiori. When I am assigning SAP_All role, it was working fine. When I removing the SAP_ALL same Issue. Can you please suggest what I missed and what I have to do for this.

Regards,

Hemanth.B.

Hi Hermanth,

did you create the Z_CHIP_FOUNDATION role with the authorizations as described in the installation guide?

It's described in point "Initial Setup of SAP Fiori" (for 1709 it is 7.8 on page 63)

Best regards

Tobias

Dear Hemanth,

Could you please cross check once again the Roles as explained in Roles in SAP Hybris Marketing.

Hello Hemanth.B.,

Would you please provide us with the screenshots for the error message and the console log in F12?

Only based on the error description, you may get idea on following blog:

Hi Hemanth,

To start with you need to assign the roles as per the installation guide or the link shared above by Kunal .

Also ensure that these roles are re-generated and user comparison is green for the roles you assign.

If you still see some issues you may want to check the t-code SU53(if on premise) right after you see the error on the screen.

You can also see the gateway error log in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG transaction and may get some hint from there as well.

Thanks

Vineet
