Facet Id in yM

Hello Experts,

I am passing another Id and its origin in facet while transferring the data from C4C for corporate accounts. Where I can see the facet id in the yM side? I mean how can I verify the Facets in yM? Does it only require for merging purpose only?

Hi Mayank,

have you already looked at the app "Browse Contact Origin Data" in the "Data Stewardship"-group? There you could filter for the ID_ORIGINs also for corporate accounts.

One more question: If i pass few facets to yM as part of integration of contact with their id and origin id ofcourse , can the id's linked to the facets be used as a main id for any purpose? i mean i can use these id's for any search/segmentation/contact matching?

You can examine all facets in Inspect Contact application.

Simple enter facet id to search then display. All the facets are displayed base on priority from left to right.

Hi PengSiong,

pslim : For Corporate accounts, can we see it in Inspect Contacts? I think Inspect Contact will only be applicable for contacts data.
