Facebook Sucess Tracking in SAP Marketing On Premise

Hello Expert,

I would like to understand how the success data is retrieved from Facebook to SAP Hybris marketing on premise system.

Is there any background job which retrieves the data? Can it be done manually without marketing system requesting the data from Facebook

I have read the document and it says the retrieval is done based on the interval set by the system administrator. How and where can we change this setting?

There is option in the Facebook ad manager to export the success data either xls or csv format. Can we use this file and upload it in on premise system manually.

Reason why I'm asking for this is, our client don't want to send to receive direct request from Facebook due to security reasons.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

It is not possible to upload the Facebook Ads success data to SAP Marketing manually and it would also destroy the purpose of the whole integration scenario. I do not understand the security concerns as SAP Marketing is pulling the success data from FB via batch (i.e. FB is not pushing) and thus FB does not have write (or read) access for SAP Marketing.
