Facebook application Review for SAP Marketing Cloud campaigns

Hello experts,

In order to create the SMC facebook campaigns ,we had to request the following permissions : Ads_management (Standard Access) and Facebook Login in the Facebook application for review .

However we're facing the following issue :

- Request button of the Ads_management (Standard Access) is greyd and not clickable and we get the a message.Please find attached the Permission details

Please if i missed anything or If someone encountered this issue before please let me know

Hello Safa,

If your account does not have the necessary amount of calls (1500 in the last 30 days), one workaround would be to use the FB Graph API Explorer to trigger the service calls (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/ ). Otherwise I suggest contacting Facebook support to inquire about this limitation.
