Extract Data to External System from C4C

Hello Gurus,

To replicate accounts from C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud, we use "Extract Data to External System" in Administrator. The problem is a lot of the filtering characteristics are missing like "Sales organization", "Distribution channel", "Country",.. And also we can't paste more than 10 IDs to replicate which make the replication very hard process.

Is there any other way to replicate Data from C4C to external systems ?

Hi Anas,

you're right, the filtering options are not the best.

But afaik that's the only way for initial data load.

The only way I could imagine is to change all the needed Customers (e.g. via Data Workbench) so that the replication is triggered by that change.

So, for example you could create a Custom Field (which is hidden on the UI) and fill that for all of the needed Customers with a white space (should work, otherwise with another character) and thereby trigger the replication. I know that's not a really nice way...

As I expected, the system is limited on the extraction functionalities.
