External Pricing in C4C Opportunity.

Dear Experts,

Do we have an option of external pricing in an Opportunity, we previously used to have an option for that but not sure if this functionality still exists or not!!

Scenario is if this functionality exists as of now with the integration with S4 Hana Cloud.

Did you do the configuration on pricing procedure and conditions? And did you activate the communication arrangement?

Thanks for your response. Yes both the action items done but unfortunately I'm not getting the option to trigger the external pricing in an opportunity.

Yes it is possible by enabling the question "Do you want to use an external application to determine prices for opportunities in your cloud solution?" as shown:

Did you also check what MJ mentioned? If you have scopped the question AND maintained communication arrangement but still unable to see the option then please reach out to SAP support.
