External customer number missing in customer related ODATA entities

Hi All,

I'm preparing ODATA service to provide some customer info to ERP system. They will query my service regarding external customer number since its a common field for both systems. However I couldn't find external customer number field in standard ODATA entities in C4C system.

Did I miss something or is it ODATA standard behaviour?

Hi Mertkan,

I just checked the below OData API and I can see the External ID field available in the service. Check the technical field name "ExternalID".

Hi Siraj,

Thanks for your feedback. I found the field "RemoteObjectID" which is related to customer external number remoteobjectid.png in below odata entity.
