External Campaign Execution - link between campaign and target group

Hi,

I want to implement the external campaign execution feature but there is no link between the campaign and the target group that is send after that. I would expect the campaign Id in the POST call for the target group or something similar to have a link between these. Is there a link or how is this possible to implement?

There is no linkage.
