Extending "Contact Relationships" segmentation object

We have activated the new Contact to Account Relationship functionality that comes with segmentation object and profile for relationships delivered.
How can we extend it with contact custom fields that we have? Basically we would want to add data source _SAP_CF_CE_CONTACT_IA_ERP_CUST from the "Contacts" object.

Would it be possible considering that object SAP_CE_IC_RELATIONSHIP has a key SAP_IC_REL_DB_KEY?

But I have the exact same issue as you had on https://answers.sap.com/questions/13203433/job-template-does-not-exist.html, the error on the Job for converting Interactions for the B2B relationships.

Did you create a ticket for this, will there be a fix?

Also your current question here, sounds like the next issue that I'll probably bump in too 😄

But, in the past I have already had tickets with SAP Support for adding standard data sources to standard segmentation objects, this is described in KBA 2898952: https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2898952

• Adding an SAP standard data source to another segmentation object is not necessarily producing the expected results, as usually the data sources are optimized for a specific segmentation object from a functional and performance point of view. If you are sure that a specific SAP-delivered data source will work for a specific SAP-delivered segmentation object, create an incident on CEC-MKT-SEG. SAP will then check the specific case, and can assign the data source from our side if there are no functional or performance issues to be expected.

So that's probably what I'll do when I'm at that point in the setup.

I had an expert chat and clarified that the template for the job is missing also in the SAP internal system and got an incident created. Incident got forwarded to the development team, but I haven't had any updates yet.

Currently we are facing issues with marketing permissions that are not being updated.

We haven't got to the segmentation, yet we have to decide at some point what to do with all the custom fields that we have implemented and are not working since switching to SOA iflows. We are not sure - whether we have to create same custom fields for relationships now or keep existing custom fields and merge then objects together in the segmentation.

I would be happy to connect and share experiences, if you are working on the same new functionality activation.
