Extending CMS Component data in OCC not possible

I want to extend the CMS data provided with the OCC Pages Endpoint with a custom data object. Since it is not a simple String, it seems like I have to create a Populator and Converter for this. I followed the SAP Commerce doc https://help.sap.com/viewer/9d346683b0084da2938be8a285c0c27a/2105/en-US/0fe1128276b64a06bf971ddf865a..., but the bean "cmsComponentConverterFactory" and the class de.hybris.platform.cmswebservices.items.facade.converter.impl.DefaultCmsComponentConverterFactory seems not to exist in my Platform. What is the proper Bean to register a converter for a custom CMS Component?
