Extended Text field appears as Single Line in HTML and as well in RUI

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement where C4C User would use the KUT Notes field to enter comments in Ticket screen and later this would transferred to external system.

We have tried creating Formatted text field for this. But while transferring this field data to one of the external system, this is sending with html tags in it.

Hence now we are in process of creating extended text field. But here the issue is - this extended text field appears as single line field as shown below and on save only it is showing in multiple line.

Is there any way to display the text field as not single line but display as a paragraph as in formatted text field.?

I did create the new KUT field with formatted text some how for me it appears correctly like a Textbox!!

this field which you have is a KUT field right?

Yes Dhruvin. It is a KUT field but not a formatted text note field.

For formatted text KUT field, it is working fine. But when we use this, we are facing some technical issues when transferring this notes field as it is appearing with html tags in it in the external system.

So we are trying to use Extended text note field and this appears as single line note.
