Extend workflow conditions in Cloud for Customer

Hi All,

I would like to know what are the possibilities to extend the workflow rules in SAP Cloud for Customer?

For example, I would like to trigger a workflow for an opportunity based on a condition on a Z partner function(sales team) which is not available by standard in the drop down. Would it be possible to trigger a workflow in such scenario? What are the available options to achieve such requirement?

Hi Prasanth,

This may not suffice my requirement. I will need to trigger a workflow if a custom sales team party member is changed in an opportunity. Say I have a custom sales team party role called : 'Deal Organizer' and a business partner : '10000525' is assigned to it in an opportunity. If the owner of the opportunity changes this business partner to a new business partner : '10098556', I will need to trigger a workflow. The problem I have is, I cannot make a condition in workflow rule on the party role: 'Deal Organizer'. So I cannot check if the business partner is updated on this party role.
