EXT getting prefixed in the Email subject

Hi All,

I have this issue with Hybris Email Service where EXT is getting prefixed in the Email subject.

Subject: EXT: Test Mail

The template for Email Subject doesn't have EXT, not sure how it gets appended. But it disappear when we forward the same mail.

Subject: FW: Test Mail

Any idea why this could occur ?

Hi. Did you found a solution for this? I'm getting a ? as a prefix. No sure from where it comes. Thanks.
