Hi all,
is it possible to export the service level out of SAP Service Cloud (C4C) with their reaction time and their used calendar (days / time slots)?
I had a look at the data source "Service Level". Unfortunately, their is just the Service Level Name, Status and Language included. Furthermore, I tried it with data workbench. However, the standard Service Level object is not listed.

Hi Deborah,
we indeed do not seem to have anything in that area for Service Levels. The only option I can think of is to generate an ODATA or SOAP service in PDI based on BO ServiceLevelObjective - which is PSM-released.
