Existing Account & Product Code replacement in Sales Cloud (C/4HANA)

Customer is using Service Cloud and Customer master & product master are integrated from ERP system.

Customer is preparing conversion from ERP to S/4HANA.

So I have some problems. Customer & Product code will be changed in S/4HANA.

I want to know how to change existing account & product code, also related-transaction in Sales Cloud.

I'd like to know a good solution.

What do you mean by Product and Customer code, elaborate?
