Exclude Duplicate Emails from Target Groups

Hi experts,

I am new to SAP CRM and hoping to get assistance to resolving my issue with removing duplicate email addresses in my target groups.

In the HANA View I have built, I am using a rank node to build the attribute and to count if our customers are using the same email address across multiple BPID's. Then I have added the attribute in Hybris and use the segment if it is =1. The issue I am facing is for some reason it seems to be counting the email addresses from the top of the model instead of the model above.

Can you help?

Hello Zlatko,

for using in Campaigns you can build the Segmentation Model as mentioned in the following KBA note:

2448963 - SAP Marketing - Restrict Sending Mails and Text Messages to the same Receiver Communicatio...

This makes sure that the TG won't have contacts with the same Email ID.

However if I understand the process correctly, you want to do some data validation - is this understanding correct?
