Dear Team,
We are facing the error in ticket science Saturday that on every click one exception pop-up coming into the system on frequently basis. It is very much impacting our business. Even if we have left the system free for 5-7 mints and then click on "Refresh" button, we are getting the same exception error.
Here I have attached the related screen shot.
Please resolve this issue on priority basis.
