Hi Experts,

we have some Documents in CCO Monitor with inconsistency and the error message is:

005 - B1 Error (0010000100):
Exception : DI Error: (-2028) No matching records found (ODBC -2028)-The di call #1 did fail.

We proved the Data but the cause of the inconsistency is not clear to me.

Have you an idea what could be wrong?

Greetings

Hi Winfried,

This error message usually happens when you try to post a CCO payment to a G/L account in SAP Business One which is not marked as Cash Flow Relevant. Check if the box Cash Flow Relevant is marked. If it is not marked this may be the reason why the posting does not get through.

The KBA 2650591 - DI Error No matching records found when posting CCO receipt provides you with more details.

If you are on V3.3.59 or lower of your B1if scenarios, please, also update them to latest version since some corrections related to this issue are also provided. See SAP Note 2163033.

Hello,

The error that appears to you is very generic, but you can consult the SAP note 2693418 where there are a series of monitor errors collected.

I hope you find the solution there.
