Hello Experts,
Can someone help how Customer Journey Manager help to measures, and optimizes the performance of the journey during various phases of a customer lifecycle. In Customer Journey Manager App i have created activity for attract, Convert and Retain and provided the Campaigns as well. after that i could not able to see or measure or optimize the performance in system. please explain how to measure and see the performance.

Hi Sudhakar,
You've a valid question. Customer Journey Manager was an app that was available on YaaS (Hybris as a Service) platform and was available to use with SAP Marketing Cloud via an integration. However, due to deprecation of YaaS platform, Customer Journey Manager was planned to replicate on to SAP Marketing Cloud in phases. During the first release, the current available functionality of CJM was provided, however, this was not enhanced in the subsequent releases due to business reasons. If you're interested in submitting new ideas either on this topic or others, you can use Influence SAP Marketing Cloud tool to submit your ideas.

You can monitor performance of campaigns that are assigned in a Journey by navigating to the Campaigns app. Information here:

Thanks alot for the response, But one small doubt that without maintain any entry in the activity of the Customer Journey manager also we can see the performance of the Campaign directly. How this Campaign Journey Manager and performance are linked each other.
In Campaign Journey Manager we are just creating an Activity nothing else, so how it's related to each other. Please Clarify.
