Hi All,
I am testing a custom webservice in sdk via "Test Service operation" , after clicking right click the wsdl file.
While testing i m facing the below error
A technical error occurred AP-RC-BDS-WS.Any one have idea how to resolve it ,
thanks in advance.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Mohammad,
As mentioned in the incident. in the WSDL the field name "element" is added twice under "C4C" and "DBM". The screenshot has been attached. Backend tables and structures do not accept the duplicate element names while generating the runtime artefacts. Please kindly change name of any element and perform the testing.

Hi Ankush,
Thanks for your positive response.
we have created one custom service from ecc system . it is passed to HCI environment.
when we tested in ecc we can getting the output , we also tested it in SOAP UI after HCI binding.
we are also getting the correct out in SOAP UI.
we also created external webservice, communication scanario, communication arragement in c4c for that service.
check connection for commuication arragement is fine.
But when we tested in c4c sdk via "Test Service Operation "with the same data whatever we are using in ecc n soap,
we have received the error " A technical error occurred AP-RC-BDS-WS".
let me know anything else info required,
thanks
iqbal
Dear Iqbal,
There might be some issues with the tags used in custom WSDL which are inconsistent or not supported using Cloud Application Studio. Example - Issue could be with Service End points/ incorrect tags or not supported tags and so on.
We would need to analyze WSDL to comment further, kindly report an incident for this issue with all details.
Regards
Anant
