Error while synchronizing activity to SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer; Differ in Change State ID

Hi Experts,

Below screenshot is an error occurred in synchronisation for C4C CRM for Cloud for customer. (Screenshot took from SAP C4C Add-in for Microsoft Outlook)

Can anyone explain what is 'Change State ID difference' ..??
Also explain how to fix these type of errors..??

This error message is prompted when the Outlook Add-In isn't able to synchronize the Appointment from C4C,
because it have a different state version from Outlook. Which means that the Appointment have received changes from both C4C and Outlook Add-In so it doesn't know which modifications should be kept or discarded.

It takes 5 minutes for C4C and Outlook Add-In to perform the Sync. So if you perform an edit action at C4C or Outlook Add-In, please wait for the sync to be done before editing at the other, in order to avoid this kind of errors.
