Error while replicating Individual customer from SAP C4C To SAP SMC

Hi experts,

While replicating an individual customer from C4C to SAP SMC we've got this error in Message Monitoring details attached( Error1).

Could you please help us solve this issue.Best regards.

Hi,

From the error is it very clear that Occupation/Group code 0007 that you try to import from C4C to SMC donot exists in the SMC system.

In order to get rid of the error:

1. Try to see the incoming payload and try to see if using "Manage your solution" can help you to configure missing value or not.

2. If answer to the point 1 is NO, then you need to make a code list mapping in C4C or value mapping in CPI to map only allowed value from C4C to SMC.
