Error while replicating contact information from C4C to S/4

Hi Gurus,

We have a scenario where we are sending both new Account with new Contact information from C4C to S/4.

BusinessPartnerSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In message is successful and both Account and Contact are created in S/4 system

BusinessPartnerRelationshipSUITEBulkReplicateRequest_In: This message fails and the relationship between the two is not created. below is the error message:

System error in table KNVK, account 1001293 when inserting

Has anybody come across such issue? Any help would be appreciated.
