Error While opening Campaign app in SAP Marketing 1809

Hi All,

When we open the campaign app we are getting the error:" 0050569259751EE4BA9710043F8A5115In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occurred" .

We checked gateway service error log, we found below mentioned error:

Method call of GET_DESTINATION failed; the class CL_CUAN_CA_API does not exist

Could you please help?

I would check ST22 for short dumps and SAP Gateway Error log /IFWND/ERROR_LOG for additional info. While you are waiting for an answer here, prepare to open an incident for SAP support.

Try execute CUAN_MKT_EXEC_CHECK_CONFIG and check 2375193 - Error handling of campaign execution issues.
