Error while click preview button in custom print form

Hi,

I create custom print form for Opportunities and bind EC to Attachment tab . When I click to Preview button,

I get dump like this;

"Unable to get "_a" property of undefined or empty reference."

But I do not use "_a" anywhere. How can I fix this?

Hi meltemtabakogl,
Despite the fact how stupid it sounds working with C4C taught me that when such errors occur you should always:
1. Log out of your tenant
2. Clear entire cache of your browser
3. Pray to the object of worship you prefer (optional).
4. Log in
5. Try again
If that does not help I would suggest reporting an incident to SAP.

For the PreviewOutports bound to EC, there could be cases where an inconsistency raised in the targetcomponentID if the full path is not stored.

This needs to be corrected/fixed and so it is advised to report an incindet to SAP Support for more details
