Error when using 2 currency

Hello,
I need to use 2 currencies on CCO
I make a sale in € with payment in USD
I have the error message below:
005 - B1 Error (0010000102):
Exception: DI Error: (-10) Internal error (-10) occurred-The di call # 1 did fail.
The scenarios are in version V3.5.80

Hi,

Does your CCO integrated with SAP Business One?

If yes, did you check all the relevant GL accounts in SAP B1 are configured as "All currencies" at CoA?
