Error when uploading a File for Service Categories-Catalog

Hi,

I am trying to create a Catalog from File for Service Categories. I prepared the spreadsheet with the data pattern as described in Admin Guide:

When uploading in CSV format I get the following Error: CategoryID and ParentCategoryID are identical; Correct Data File

I do not understand why the upload stops with an error - as shown the data files are built exactly the same.

Thanks for any suggestions
