Error when trying to finalize Sales Cloud scoping

Hi all!

We are facing an error when trying to finalize scoping for SAP Sales Cloud: "Currently unable to finalize these scope changes; some of your decisions would cause inconsistencies in your fine-tuning or the productive data."

There are no other error messages visible in the system, and when filtering scoping questions to show the ones that have conflicts, it brings up all the possible questions (even under elements that are out of the scope). We have gone through all the questions and no signs for conflicts are shown in the conflict column of each question.

How to identify what questions/elements cause these inconsistencies? We are not able to proceed further.
