Error when replicate Business Partner from S/4HANA Cloud Public to SAP Cloud for Customer (CPI)

Hello there,

I´m try to integrate SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public to SAP Cloud for Customer with SAP Integration Suite, but, when I´m try to replicate BP to C4C using the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0008, SAP C4C return the next error for integration:

No supported role for business partner 1xxxxxxx

Someone have any idea, how I can solve this issue?

Hello @famcfa11

The problem is usually within the Business Partner Roles Configuration. Do you have the Payload available? Usually this error means you are receiving a Business Partner Role that is not configured or allowed in SAP C4C. 

Check if all the roles being replicated from S4 Public Cloud is available in SAP C4C before retry.
