Error when importing Contact Data (CSV file)

Hi I tried to import a CSV file (2contacts) in the production tenant (marketing Cloud) with CPI
I received the error :

If we click on "More information"

We tried the same thing (Same CSV file ) but with the test tenant and it succeeded with no errors
we need to import the CSV in the production tenant and the go live is soon,any solution for this error?

You should basically provide newer timestamps for your data.
