Error Updating Parked Receipts

Dear Checkout experts,

We currently faceing an incident in our CCO, where consulting several receipts we can see some of them in status Parked, and the validating them in the monitor, they are already released, but their status is not updated in CCO client and the following message is displayed.

ERROR com.sap.scco.ap.services.ParkedReceiptFetcher - error updating parked receipts:

These receipts are not created and finished using the same point of sale. In the first one the receipts are created with park status and then the receipts are called from the CCO manager using a second point of sale, in the second one the receipts are finished and posted successfully, but in the first one the receipts status are not updated.

We have synchronized the receipts from the CCO, but the result is the same.

I appreciate it if someone knows about what else can i check.
