Hello,
I have encountered an issue with installing SAP Crystal Reports 2016 SP2. I am using a license key provided from our team and it's prompting me with "ERROR: the product key is not valid. INS00140". I was wondering if this would be a product key issue which may need to be re-generated by the vendor? and Also, this would be the first time I'm using the license key for a particular computer.
