Error shows that Labor resource not available for service

The user is not able to release a sales order, due to the error saying that Labor Resource not available for service item.

Error: Item **: Labor resource not available for service performer ABC. (ABC represents the service performer ID)

The reason for this error is due to the fact that there is no active Labor Resource matches the service performer (cost center, job), so it is not able to fill the labor resource in the order.

You will need to maintain the valid Labor Resource match the service performer.
