Error: Second business partner in relationship isn't valid. Please correct.

Hello,

We are replicating customers (BusinessPartnerERPReplicationIn) from ECC to C4C.

Under Webservice monitoring, there are few messages that are in error with the message "Second business partner in relationship isn't valid. Please correct.".

On further checking, I found that it is because of the contact person assignment in the ECC customer -> general data -> contact person.

Where can I configure this? or how can i fix this error?

Thanks for your feedback.

I have already checked this Note, sorry forgot mention that initially. It only talks about DataWorkbench but is there any other way to do that? Is there any additional communication arrangement for this?

Hello Ritesh,

You first need to replicate the contact person to C4C and then you should be able to replicate the customer.

The error message is similar to this SAP Note on importing a customer with the DataWorkbench...
