In the segmentation modeling app for all contacts, I have the attribute "Engagement score". I would like to create a target group containing only contacts with a score above the average. But when I select that attribute I get this error:
"A proper predictive or scoring model could not be found for this segmentation node"
What should I do?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Alessandro,
Please check whether you have set the "Applicable for" for the rule models used in the score.

For example, you can choose 'Consumers: Country/Region' and as value 'France' in the "Applicable for" setting. In this case here, the rule is only applicable for segmentation branches where the attribute Country/Region is selected and the filter is set to France too.
More details can be found in following help document.

Thank you jayce.wang
yet in the score model I don't have the engagement score. I have other default scores.
Where's the engagement score to be found?
Also, I tried to copy an edit Email affinity score to make it available in All Contact segmentation profile but it's not possible. Why?
Hi Alessandro,
I rechecked the internal system and found similar behavior that "engagement score" does not show preview in all contacts segmentation models. So please create an incident for this issue.
And for the copied email affinity score, the assigned segmentation object should also be copied. So you need to create your own score and assign the contact segmentation object instead.

Best regards,
Jayce
