Hi experts
I already have the connection with Sinch configured to launch emails.
I did a test from the shipping profiles and I get an email from both configured profiles.
But I did a test, creating an email campaign, but that email does not arrive.
When checking in the customer interaction section it tells me: Outbound Check Failed, Email.
All these tests are in Test environment
