Hi,

I'm getting the following error in the C4C-mkt interface.

Does anyone know what it means and what I can do to fix it?

Hi Joyca,

we are getting the same error message. We noticed that the messages are processed sucessfull if we restart them manually.

Did you find the root cause of this error?

Thank you

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

did you already find the root cause? Facing the same error message.

Hi Tobias,

we opened an incident to this and got this response:

"Development created a fix - the fix is planned to be shipped as part of 2111 HFC 05, shipped the weekend of 25./26.12.

Until then please use the workaround with manually restarting the failed requests from the Data Load Monitor using the filter on msg class CUAN_IC and msg id 461 as shown in the attached 'data load monitor - CUAN_IC 461.jpg'."

So according to SAP the issue should be fixed now.

Best Regards

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

also noticed that these messages are successful after restart. Thank you for your information about the HotFix! 🙂

Hi Joyca,

never seen that issue before, but it seems like for relationship category BUR001 (should be "is contact person") SAP Marketing Cloud expects IC_TYPE 01 for "Person" (don't know if it works even with 02) but gets 00? Could that be the reason? That's how I would interpret the error message.

aha, thanks for the hint that the "00" might refer to the IC_TYPE.

I did theck the two bupa id's and one is an account and the other one is a contact.

So I don't know where he's getting the "00" from, it's also not in the payload :s

Hi vervinckt.joyca,

that's really annoying and difficult to analyze... did you also already check the relationship payload that is sent from CI to MC if there's a "00" included anywhere?

no, I just remarked this one error in the import monitor afterwards, so of course there wasn't any trace active in CPI, and I can't really reproduce it while a trace runs...

vervinckt.joyca why aren't you able to reproduce it? Was it on P system? Is it reproducible on Q system?

I would suggest to activate the trace on CI and then change the relationship category in C4C for the contact, save it, switch it back to BUR001 and save again. If that's not possible it will be very hard to analyze...

Otherwise maybe anyone from SAP know what's causing that issue without checking the logs...

Hi all,

It didn't occur a lot so we didn't really investigate it further yet.

Hi Joyca,

thanks for your feedback. If I will find the root cause, I'll post it here.

Hi all,

can you please open an incident so that we can reproduce and analyze this issue? It look like this is only happening sporadically, right?

thanks
