Hello experts
I have an error with PRD: Multiple relations.
Why this type of error: Multiple relations found for person 1407098 (SAP_C4C_BUPA). Processing rejected?
I would understand that it is because of the master data, but I wanted to know what originates it and of course an idea of how to solve it.

Best regards
Elio C.

Hi schneidert
SAP pointed out to me that the possible cause of the error message: "Multiple Relationships Found for Person 14XXXXX (SAP_C4C_BUPA).
Processing Rejected. By debugging the import process, we could see that the key of the relationship company FA163E6XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for this contact has two, SAP_C4C_BUPA ID's (1000XXXXXX and 140XXXX) ".
However, SAP is conducting a deeper analysis with its developer.
But I consult you, it will be because of this error that it shows in the APP Set Up Your Marketing Solution.

An account or contact can have multiple source IDs, even from the same source source, or am I wrong?

Hi Tobias
The problem is that Contact A (goes with his first and last name plus ID XX) is sent from C4C to SMC.
When it arrives at SMC it is rejected because the Account to which it is directed (for some reason) already has a contact assigned with the ID XX but with data as anonymous, because it is the same ID it rejects it
I don't know if it was because of the way the initial migration was done.BR lio C.You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi Elio, have you been able to solve the issue?
