Error Message printing sales receipts in JPOS

Hello,

I am trying to print my sales receipts with JPOS at the CCO but it is showing me this error message:

Hi isaacceo,

If you are also facing an issue in the CheckHealth, I suggest you to install the printer driver again from the scratch.

Also check if the java was not updated automatically, in this case, you need to copy the files again.

Please, review this documentation and check if it helps you.

Another points to be checked:

1 - What is the printer model?
2 - What is the version of Java?
3 - Did you run the CheckHealth? What were the resuts?

I ran it and had the same error message

Hi Isaac,

is the printer active? You put the printer dll files in the correct system (64/32) folder?

Yes, is active.

I would recommend you do not use this "old" model 😉
