I have a case: area error: Marketing area 'XXXX_GLOBAL' for origin ID of entry SAP_C4C_BUPA-10002 is undefined or inactive

The problem originated because that marketing area was deactivated.

It will no longer be used

How can you unassign that marketing area?

I tried through a job but it asks for the ID of a temporary target group.

Where and how can I create such a target group?

Or, How can I replace the marketing area with the new one?

Hi Elio,

I never used that application job, but assume you have to create a Live Target Group using Segmentation like you have to do for other Jobs. In Segmentation you can use the Marketing Area attribute and use your old Marketing Area.
