Hi Ram,
Please take a look at this answer: http://answers.sap.com/answers/12792248/view.html also it is worth checking those things:
There should be no spaces in path of hybris workspace.
See in the Solr log whether registry edit is disabled, if yes enable it.
JAVA_HOME have been set up correctly
