We are using crm 7.0 web ui and when we try to execute report "Campaign effectiveness", we get this following error:

Error loading template 0TPLI_0CRM_MC06_Q7002_02 Message Number BRAIN 276

We have been looking for a solution but we could not find an answer who fits our problem.

Can anyone help us?

I didn't find 0TPLB_CRM in the BEx web item (we have the version 7.x)
