Error in message header mapping; agent class is CL_APCRM_SRQ_REPL_IPA: FSM integration

Hi experts,

While sending service ticket from FSM to C4C, we are getting this error. company id in FSM is same as system instance ID in C4C communication system. i have not maked SAP Business suite box. any help would be appreciated.

Please check the node <RecipientParty> and update it with the correct system ID for communication.

This can be found by opening any communication arrangement in C4C and making note of the value maintained for "My System"
