Hi Everyone,
I am facing an Error while updating a Contract to "Suspended" ( on hold) status, but the not when I update it to "Live" ( i.e. it allows transactions) status. It replication to ECC error I thnnk.
The error is :
Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 060
Errors occurred when assigning an account assignment object to a business transaction. To view the error message, see the accompanying log file.
This is not a Org Unit problem otherwise it would also throw error at updating "Live" status . Can you please help?

Hi Pankaj,
Thanks for your reply.
I also faced a similar issue in one of my project. It was due to the missing of some objects in SAP CRM System.
Is there any Bdoc with error message generated ? If yes, you can block the Bdoc and debug. The BDoc Type is BUS_TRANS_MSG. Based on that you need to check the object and can run the delta or Initial Load for the desired object. This approach solved the issue in our project.
I hope this will help.
Let me know if you need any more input from my end.
Thanks,
Samantak.
Thanks Samantak,
Thank you for your help. It will be helpful if you can explain how to track and block that BDoc, I think it is not possible for us to Deregister the RFC Queue at tcode SMQR/SMQ2 because other process are dependendent on that. And I am a functional with little exposer on technical side. We are triggering this through CRM 7 Web UI, and no one has worked on RFCs.
So please it would be great if you can elaborate more on how to do that.
Regards
Pankaj
Hi Pankaj,
You can look for the Bdocs in the the Tcode SMW01. There you can try to reprocess the Bdoc. While reprocessing you can debug the queue and can check where exactly the validation or checks are failing. But you need to know some Middleware Debugging in order to pin point the module.
Can you replicate the issue in the downstream box like quality or development where you can block the queues for sometime while the technical consultant can debug that ? We replicated that in the quality so was able to block the queue.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Samantak.
