Error Import date Actual and Committed Spend SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts

I tried import the actual data and committed spend in Sap Cloud with the system template, but whent i imported the data, it genereted the following error

Hi ednajr,

in the screenshot above it looks like you have selected "Contacts"-radiobutton for Import.

Please select the "Actual and Commited Spend" radiobutton and try again.

Maybe that helps.

Hi,

Can you try loading a different currency like USD($) if that works then it seems the currency COP needs to be defined in the system, Although I would expect it to exist since its ISO code but it is worth a quick try to load with USD/EUR and see.
