Error: IDoc cannot be sent to an XML port (EA093)

Hi experts,

I am trying to replicate material data from SAP ERP ECC to SAP C4C with the standard integration iflow via CPI.

All steps in ERP are configured (logical system BD54, rfc destination SM59, ports WE21, partner we20, distrubtion model BD64). After sending one material with BD10 (type MATMAS_CFS) I got this error message trying to process the IDOC.

IDoc cannot be sent to an XML port

Message no. EA093

Diagnosis

The IDoc should be sent to an XML port. However, as the IDoc has syntax errors, it is not posible.

Only IDocs with correct syntax can be sent to XML ports as an XML browser can only recognize and display these.

Procedure for System Administration

Notify your system administration.

What can I do? I saw in other post, that an extension needed to be installed.

Which extension has to be installed where and where can I get it?
