Error - External Pricing C4C - S4

Hello,

I requested the external pricing (Sales Quote - Utilities) and got the Error:

Error duing proxy processing (PART UNKNOWN (NULL) )
The pricing request cannot be processed in External System

As far as I know, the error behind the text is:

-Please enter sold-to party or ship-to party.

I mapped sold-to with PartyRoleCode 1001 Account AG and ship-to with PartyRoleCode 1005 ship-to WE.

Furthermore I mapped and flagged Inbound (1 Byer AG / 10 Bill-To RE) and Outbound (1001 / 1005) as described here:

The error still remain.

I also noticed, that there are differences between "Codelist Mapping - PartyRoleCode" and "Party Role Definition" entries, e.g. PartyRoleCode 1 - Buyer doesn't exist in Party Role Definition.

So my questions are also:

Is it necessary to unify both Fine-Tune activites?
Is the difference between both activites standard delivered?

Hi,

The code list mapping is a 'must do' and be sure you really set up the internal and external connections correctly. In my opinion the message not necessarily points to partners, roles etc. Also check the set up of your document type, document item type and the pricing elements (pricing procedure and condition type) so that any values found in your backend can be displayed correctly in your quote.

I am not sure if the issues has been solved in the meantime. Please share.
