Hello André,
We found a similar incident in our database where the cause of this was in the code list mapping, the person did not select the Local Context under Code List Mapping Rule. So "Local And Remote Codes Are Equal" was set, but the Local Context field was empty.
Can you check this in your side? In that occasion, from SAP side the mapping was removed, re-added, local context set again, saved and restarted the messages. This solved the situation at that time.
