Error en replica de BPs C4C a MKT

Hi experts

I am testing the Bps integration between MKT and C4C.

But I get an error indicating that it cannot determine the origin, in addition, the system tries to make a business partner relationship to a customer who is individual, not a company contact.

When I review the customer by ID, it appears as anonymous in the search, but in the Source ID tab there is no data. and if I search for it by name, the client appears by with another ID.

Hi eliocentenob

On your C4C Origin, you have to fill the field such as 'Quality Business System' and 'Production Business System' when you implement the communication scenario SAP_COM_0475.

Please check your configuration.
