Error During Social Channel Import Run for Facebook

Dear All,

We have connected a Test APP in FB to C4C test system.
The test app was successfully integrated with C4C. during Social media channel creation. When we run the import run we get the below error "The external service provider 'C4C FB Test' reported the following error: 400 :message#(#12) object_id field is deprecated for versions v3.3 and higher#type#"OAuthException","code"12,"fbtrace_id""AOuZVFITqL4KbXNu9DxOn-I"

Since this it doesn't create the ticket.Please let us know how to proceed.

Dear Manjunath,

This is occurring due to the recent upgrade of the Facebook API from version 3.2 to 3.3, in which Facebook has deprecated and changed the mapping of some of the existing fields. You can refer to the FB API version 3.3 changelog for details.

This issue will be fixed with the 1908 upgrade of SAP Cloud for Customer. Please refer to the blog https://blogs.sap.com/2019/07/03/sap-cloud-for-customer-august-2019-release-planned-timeline-pre-rel... for the upgrade timelines.
